A Great Day!!

My boyfriend, Steve, did the sweetest thing a guy could ever do!!

About a month ago, Steve and I were talking. Somehow the conversation ended up leading to being about our childhood. We were talking about our favorite gifts we ever received and I talked about how I always wanted a pony!! I never got to ride one since I always lived in the city and never even went near a ranch of a farm.

Today was my birthday for those who didn't know. Well, Steve said he had a surprise for me!! We went to driving out of the city and into the country. It seemed like forever. However, when we got to this ranch... there was the cutest little thing I had ever seen. It was a pony!!

Apparently Steve's Uncle Dave owns a ranch and he pulled some strings so he can arrange for us to go on a pony ride! It was like the most romantic thing ever!! Her name was Beth. She was creamy white with small gray spots on her head. She was one of the prettiest things I had ever seen! We both rode on separate ponies for over an hour. It was a dream come true!!

The rest of the evening, we sat and just watched the sunset under this beautiful oak tree. He held my in his arms and we didn't say much of anything. Thinking about it right now still makes me want to cry because it was so beautiful!! I love Steve so much! I just know we're going to get married and be happy forever! He's so sweet!
